Processing and dispatch

Please allow up to 2 business days after payment confirmation for us to prepare and dispatch your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Transit estimates start when the carrier receives the parcel and do not include processing time.

United States shipping

Allow up to 7 business days in total for standard delivery, or up to 4 business days for express, including processing. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Available services, qualifying order value after applicable discounts, and the final rate are shown at checkout before payment. Items explicitly marked pickup only cannot be shipped.

International shipping

We ship internationally to destinations supported at checkout. Rates depend on destination, parcel weight, and the selected carrier service. Services may include USPS, DHL, or FedEx. The complete shipping charge, including any handling charge built into the rate, is displayed before payment.

Where offered, standard services to Japan, Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom have an estimated transit time of 10–17 business days after dispatch, plus up to 2 business days processing. Other carrier services use the estimates displayed at checkout. Availability depends on destination and parcel eligibility.

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges collected at checkout are shown before payment. Any charges not collected at checkout are payable by the recipient to the relevant carrier or customs authority. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, and holidays can extend transit times.

Local pickup

Choose pickup at checkout where available, and wait for your pickup-ready notification before visiting 3rdStrike at 390 Hackensack Ave, Hackensack, NJ 07601. Follow the instructions in that notification. Products marked pickup only must be collected in person.

Tracking, addresses, and delivery help

We email a shipping confirmation with the carrier and tracking number when your order ships. Check your delivery address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes, cancellations, or other order changes after an order is placed; any mandatory cancellation rights under applicable law remain in effect.

Online returns: 14 days, store credit

For a change-of-mind or fit return, email help@3rdstrike.shop with your order number before sending the item. Request approval and ship the approved return within 14 calendar days after delivery. If you cannot find your order number, contact us so we can help locate it.

Eligible online returns receive store credit for the amount paid for the item after discounts. We do not offer cash or original-payment refunds for fit or change-of-mind returns under this voluntary policy. Your statutory rights, including applicable international cancellation rights below, take priority.

Item condition

Return the item in the same condition in which you received it, without additional wear, washing, alterations, stains, odors, or damage. Tags attached on delivery must remain attached, and any supplied accessories must be included. Vintage items do not need original manufacturer tags if they were sold without them. Wear or flaws clearly disclosed before purchase are part of the stated vintage condition.

Return method and shipping costs

All returns are by mail after approval. We provide the return address in New Jersey, United States, with your return instructions. Do not mail returns to our retail store at The Shops at Riverside.

You pay return postage for fit or change-of-mind returns, including international return postage where applicable. Original outbound shipping charges are not included in store credit. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Store-credit and refund timing

We inspect your return and issue eligible store credit within 5 business days after receiving it. We email you when the credit is issued. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

If an original-payment refund is required by law or approved because of our error, we issue it within 5 business days after receiving the return or any earlier deadline required by law. Your payment provider may take up to 10 additional business days to display the credit.

Wrong items or undisclosed problems

If we sent the wrong item, or the item is damaged or materially different from its description, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs. 3rdStrike pays necessary return shipping for our error and provides the remedy required by applicable law. Final-sale or store-credit restrictions do not override those rights.

In-store purchases and one-of-one pieces

Purchases made in our physical retail store are final sale for change of mind or fit. Contact us if there is a problem with an item. Being vintage or one of one does not by itself exclude an online item from the return policy above. Identical replacements or exchanges may be unavailable because our pieces are unique.

EU and UK cancellation rights

Where EU or UK distance-selling law applies, you may notify us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel an eligible online purchase without giving a reason, then return it within 14 days after that notice. These rights are not limited to store credit. Required refunds go to the original payment method and include the applicable standard outbound delivery charge; premium delivery upgrades are not refundable. You pay change-of-mind return postage. Refund deadlines and any permitted deduction for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item follow applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, where permitted.
