Online returns

Please contact help@3rdstrike.shop with your order number before returning an item. If you cannot find your order number, we can help locate it.

Returns must be approved before shipping. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address privately. Do not mail returns to our retail store at The Shops at Riverside.

Please ship your approved return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, without additional wear or washing. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the item. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or fit returns.

Customers are responsible for return postage for fit or change-of-mind returns. If we sent the wrong item or an item was materially misdescribed, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution and return shipping.
